Smart Wave Solar

I have been wanting to go solar for sometime but whenever I began to research companies I quickly became overwhelmed. I went with Smart Wave because they were chosen as the company for the Boulder County Solar Co-op. They were fantastic. They were professional, incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, honest and made the entire process very easy. From the outset they explained how it would work, what my costs would be, what incentives I would qualify for, they laid out the steps and the timeline and everything proceeded exactly as they said it would. The workers were terrific and there were no glitches. We flipped the switch 3 days ago and I've already generated enough power to cover a third of this month's total usage. I mostly wanted to go solar to protect the environment and give next generations a fighting chance and I feel so good about the decision and experience.

Steve was soo great to work with getting our solar! He was NOT pushy and answered all our questions. He was easy to get ahold of- text, email, or call. He was knowledgeable & honest. Joriel was our project manager and was soo patient with us. She was also great to work with. And I felt we had great communication. She kept us in the loop with our entire project. Ari came to our home in Superior and connected our Tesla system with our circuit breaker panel. There was a problem with the original attempt and Ari contacted Tesla tech support for a solution. Upon rebooting the entire Tesla system, he was able to connect the Tesla system to the circuit breaker panel. But wait, there is more to Ari’s story. Our neighbor is also having a Smart Wave Solar system installed, but their Tesla system was not connecting to the circuit breaker. They were waiting for three and a half weeks for someone to come and fix the problem. When I mentioned this to Ari, he went to our neighbor’s home, rebooted the Tesla system, and fixed our neighbor’s problem. Thank you Ari for a job well done, you’re the best. Polite, knowledgeable and friendly. Ari is a good ambassador for Smart Wave.

Really great experience for me going Solar. Steve did a great job explaining to me all the different options, what would be the best fit for me with the options, and also helping me compare the different options from other companies without a bias. Analee was helpful during the install process, the install took longer than expected but she was helpful keeping me updated along the way. Really nice now that we have our solar installed and running!!
