A clarification: our system was installed in 1985 (before<br />we moved into the house). I`ve based the responses above<br />on a re-roofing project in May 2003, which involved working<br />with Solar Service, Inc.<br />Again, to clarify: our sytem dates to 1985 (before we moved<br />into our house). My answers above are based on service calls<br />from between 1997 and 2003.<br /><br />The answer `Full,` above, should be blank.

The folks from Solar Service were fantastic. They were prompt, courteous and always cleaned up after themselves. The system has worked flawlessly from day one and we couldn`t be happier. We are considering expanding our system and buying more panels from their company.<br />The State of Illinois`s rebate program was a tremendous incentive for us, and made it financially feasible for us to have our solar hot water system. We strongly urge the powers that be to extend this program past its 2006 expiration.
