Solar Project Review-Ecxite Energy
I have not had an easier time reviewing a company. The entire team, from start to finish (and beyond) has set the bar so high! The initial meeting was very productive and professional, and the treatment throughout my solar installation was excellent. There was never a time I felt that my questions and concerns were too much. Even close to a year out from installation, I still get prompt service responses, which is highly valued. Solar Install-Additional Panels
We decided to have Excite energy add additional panels to our existing system based entirely on recommendations and the desire not to deal with big national companies. We wanted to keep it local. There were some bumps in the process but overall Excite energy and their staff delivered the promised results for a reasonable cost. Despite the pressures from PGE timelines for NEW 2.0 vs 3.0, Excite staff remained focused and positive, While providing open communication with me during the whole process to satisfy my concerns. I would recommend anyone local, El Dorado Hills or in Northern Calif, to give Excite a call and talk to their staff on how they can make your solar project work for you.

Excellent System by Professional Installers
I would like to provide a strong recommendation for the recent Generac PWRcell system installed at my residence by Excite Energy. Excite Energy installed a Generac PWRcell solar system with whole house battery backup capability. It includes solar panels, a battery bank, an inverter and an automatic transfer switch, along with a PWRmanager unit which allows for the automatic or manual isolation of two high wattage loads during a loss of utility power. This system has performed flawlessly during power interruptions and is providing solar power to my home to reduce my electrical bill. The Excite Energy team did an excellent job installing the equipment to my satisfaction in a professional and workmanlike manner. The installers were all polite and listened and responded to my special requests along the way. Heath (one of the partners) was extremely helpful in reviewing my system desires and engineering a system to meet my specifications. Unlike many other solar providers, the owners of Excite Energy are engineers who can design systems to meet your specific needs. I do not hesitate to recommend the Generac PWRcell system to anyone requiring a quality solar backup system installed by the Excite Energy professionals. The PWRcell system can provide solar power to your home during an outage when other competitor’s systems cannot!

Excite Energy was awesome. My daughter recommended them to me and I would recommend them as well. Very customer focused. Employees were all great. Always on time and had my install done in record time. The office personnel were personable and communicated well throughout the process. My quote took into account my needs today as well as the near future. All in all it was totally painless!
